Dearest Readers, once upon a time we discovered the Internet, created The Book Wars and were like…
At first, no one took notice and we were all…
THEN, a strange thing happened! The Internet started liking us back and we just…
In order to express our appreciation for all our readers, we have decided to hold a giveaway.
Yes, a GIVEAWAY.
Up for grabs are three prizes:
1. The Grand Prize
Two (or three, I’ll explain in a bit) books of your choice from the 15 choices offered below:
2. The Second Prize
You get to choose our theme for the month of June. You can choose anything as long as it falls within the purview of literature (specifically children’s) and we’ll attempt to explore the theme, read the books, write the articles…this may be better than the first prize, now that I think about it. Anyway, that’s the second prize.
3. The Third Prize
For one lucky reader, one of us will write a letter of appreciation and mail it to you using snail mail because who doesn’t like receiving letters in the mail. We wouldn’t do this for just anybody, you know?
Now for the important bit. Conditions and Rules and How to Enter the Giveaway
- Leave us a comment and tell us why you read our blog and which books you’d order if you won. Also leave an email address so we can contact you if you win.
- Subscribe to The Book Wars and let us know which username you’ve used to subscribe so we can check
- Tweet/Instagram/FB about our giveaway and leave us a link so we can check that you did so.
To Increase Your Chances of Winning
Remember to leave us the usernames you use to follow us so we can enter you into the giveaway (assign you numbers etc.) as many times. For example, if you follow us on Tumblr, Twitter and Facebook, you get 7 chances to be picked as the winner while if you just do the first three, you get only one.
The Giveaway will run from January 1st (today) to January 21st Midnight. Winners will be contacted via email and given 24 hours to respond. Failure to respond will lead to disqualification and a new winner will be chosen.
May the odds be forever in your favour.
